A vinyasa flow focused on building full body strength as well as rising your heart beat up to bring out the sweat. All of it to mindfully expand physical and mental awareness with enfasis to the alignment of the body.
This class combines a Yang/Vinyasa flow, gently warming up and moving through a sequence of postures designed to challenge and strengthen the body and mind, with personal attention to physical alignment. Followed by a Yin sequence where the postures are held between 3-5 minutes, focusing on the deep connective tissues and organs in the body. Each week a different practice to keep ourselves inspired and challenged all at once. Promoting optimal health, enhance physical and emotional awareness, and an overall feeling of wellbeing.
